intro: [spoken word] there was a place. then there wasn't. people would travel far and wide, open their eyes to find nothing then fall asleep what you don't believe you may never believe what you don't believe you may never believe as we stand quietly in defiance and overwhelm them with an all commanding type of silence nothing not frightening another city's silent night is nothing sacred? the subterranean's emerging nothing can save us as all your thoughts move to the city i'll be over here while you're sitting pretty we'll watch the world disappear forget all apologies, if you're still up to the task all your "sorries" underwhelm me, don't seem the least bit sincere forgiveness; lynchpin between friends give a shit or make amends blind-sighted me with that commentary thought we were in this 'til the end go watch the snow never fall again watch the snow never fall again watch the snow never fall again

if this were any other, any other day i would've gotten my shit together i'd've taken you away but now i'm staring in this mirror, looking at my dumb face i'm wondering why you live with this, when i've always stayed the same move at a glacial pace, live out of a suitcase i'ma let you call it this time, and this space have you heard the news; we haven't died don't act like you're surprised or like we first met, i'll be an alright guy with good intentions, tonight's the night this mind of mine's got a funny feeling these eyes of mine, blind to time you're stealing it used to be i knew right from wrong i've fallen so far from where i belong there's an old house, somewhere in the middle of the city the shades are always drawn, and the TV's always on there's an old house in the woods, somewhere filled with instruments it's got all the goods: filled with history and memories built far from the cities and droves, where nary a soul goes there's a road to that home, made up of rocks and stone but now i'm staring at the ceiling, i'm wondering what this is all meaning have i heard what you're hearing? this is the thing i'm fearing have you heard the news; we haven't died don't act like you're surprised or like we first met, i'll be an alright guy with good intentions, tonight's the night this mind of mine's got a funny feeling these eyes of mine, blind to time you're stealing it used to be i knew right from wrong i've fallen so far from where i belong have you heard the news; we haven't died don't act like you're surprised or like we first met, i'll be an alright guy with good intentions, tonight's the night [improv] we both fucked up so much it's wrong i'm telling you that's not a problem get all these kids out of my yard before i bring this stick down hard have you heard the news have you heard the news
3.
this friend of mine's in big trouble this time he'll need some help in getting over it is there any chance that in the meantime we could take a minute to go over this? there is always someone sorry, doin' something that they wished they'd did it the never ending story so sorry you're doin' something that you wish you hadn't did seven seconds left of hangtime the spiral through the air the time we've got to get to the bottom of this problem before calling game time this friend of mine, traveled forward in time said "friend you got something on your mind?" had something to be said about hindsight said "sorry you're fucked up inside" left the clothes out on the line left them outside all night to dry all the while you're asking me why oh why do we even try? everybody meet a friend of mine everybody needs a friend sometimes (from time to time) everybody meet a friend of mine (sometimes) everybody needs a friend from time to time (from time to time)

started back in '99 what was yours, what wasn't mine those four letters on the wall left 'em by the waterfall wanna find out what they say, gonna have to roll the dice gonna need at least a nine even then you're gonna find inside this bank a pen enclosed with a map to my other homes you'll find that i had nothing left a treasure maybe, not a chest (wait!) don't read this out loud they're talking about the room right next to us (hey!) don't need this right now we're going about our day about our way they set up this sound system the infernal machine it blew 'em to kingdom come i still hear the screams (wait!) fell off the floor a group headed to parliament and set fire to it (hey!) remember to thank everyone at the event the speaker's in the basement (wait!) don't read this out loud they're talking about the room right next to us (hey!) don't need this right now we're going about our day about our way

bus from somewhere else up on fire lane best keep fucking walking i don't wanna see your face i'm not liking these guys go and ask someone else if they saw something laying on the train scrape the ice while i adjust my eyesight i'll never drive alone at night with anyone else but with you by my side everything's alright i've not fallen on the inside not like these other guys we don't see eye to eye not like these other women we have nothing in common never seen it coming hit the ground running went and found myself inside my head, spinning go and ask someone else if they saw something i'm not like these other guys eating shit and grinning every time i close my eyes i'll start from the beginning start each day healthy living and end each night lonely, livid we're only here and nowhere else like a bottle on a shelf scrape the ice while i adjust my eyesight i'll never drive alone at night with anyone else but with you by my side everything's alright i've not fallen on the inside

she left all the lights on for me count the moths chewing on the canopy so many mouths, all need to feed there was you, and that leaves me so far as i can see my mind is ripe, hypothesis mad enough to work radio across the seas we got word from europe the jig is up, let's see your hands get no advice from a dead man send letters from japan picked up something bad along the way thought of something sad enough to say so maybe you would stay i believed in you and me thought we could see in three-sixty but i concede, far be it from me to tell you how we shouldn't be so pardon me picked up something bad along the way (so maybe you would stay) thought of something sad enough to say (so maybe you would stay) what did you sit and think about today? picked up something bad along the way so maybe you would stay

about

Behold! True Believers returns with their newest release See You Next Time. Always a record-it-at-home band, B!TB this time joined forces with Robert "Robo" American at Rock Valley Studios to engineer and Justin Pizzoferrato at Sonelab to create their best material to date.

While the sessions went quickly, they captured lightning in a bottle. These six songs are some of the hardest hitting and punchiest of the bands' career.

Behold True Believers! Bombastic Blasts of color and light!(TM)
Laser Beams streak bolts thru thunderous bass and drums!
Four melodic instruments and three vocals form a storm in harmony.

A band to try an abundance of styles and still sound like That band.

This is music is meant for everyone, and is, without question, meant to be used for good. Onward,
